Promyvion Mea

Flotsam is coordinating with the MoogleArmy members missions to tackle the alternate dimensions, the Promyvions. Promyvion Mea was the first this time. Bugman Whitemage, Flotsam and Arctype Summoners, Ryshin Ninja, Katsumoto Bluemage and me as a Paladin, Krile decided to go with us as a Whitemage for support. Pretty fun until Krile decided to look for map on the third floor and got knocked out, we had to left her behind was too risky to go back and raise her with a party knocked down on last memory receptacle. We got to the spire where the boss awaited for us. The plan: use animas in and orderly fashion, me doing invincible at a certain point and the summoners astral flowing and doing massive damage to kill the abomination inside. All was well until it started doing carousel a nasty knock back attack, one by one we start hitting the floor and getting back up. It continued to spam the attack and that eventually got us all knocked out with only 10 percent of it's hit points left.... seemed that we lost the fight, but Flotsam reraised with astral flow up commanded Shiva to diamond dust it for a win at last. When I regain consciousness I'm in a whole new area that I've never been before. They call this place Lufaise Meadows and it's a beautiful area indeed. Thanks to everyone that helped me get here, can't wait to continue on this missions and help others get here... well that is as soon as I learn how to get back to the main land, this galka is lost now...

Busy galka

After kicking the old man, I've been busy doing other stuff instead of adventuring as a Paladin. Between been a Whitemage in Qufim helping Cyaan as a Ranger...Fighting the emptiness looking for animas to fight the boss again soon...
Or fighting big notorious trees on the little island way to the south of Batallia Downs, done everything but be a Paladin, which is a shame, even though I killed the tree as one. I really want to get to the limit of my abilities, guess I should focus and put my name up, go into the great world and say: "Hey here I am to protect everyone, lets go!". Guess the breaking of our super hyper static party has a lot to do with it, its not the same. Their work/school schedules conflicted with our meetings so we can't adventure like we used to. For now I'm content helping my Linkshell and doing missions I'll hit my limit soon enough.

Paladin test

The time has come at last for me to take on Maat's challenge. I got my test when I was on Bastok mission a couple of days ago and gave it to him. He said he will be waiting for me in some remote location where we won't get disturbed. I got teleported to the prepared arena mad had set up. I meditated about all I had accomplished till this very day and all that I'm still going to do after this challenge and charged at Maat.Face to face in the the cold arena Maat awaited patiently, surprised that I showed up. I started by flashing him to show him my proficiency on divined magic, but he did the same to me, he is using the same job as I am! No matter I stood fast in my determination to prove to him all the adventuring had paid off. Between healing, parrying his flurry of punches and kicks, he tried to sucker punch me with a Maat' blow as it calls it and dragon kicks to drop me to me knees, but I endure it all.Was the most exciting match I've had in a long time part of it because you have to it it all by yourself. I'm just glad I managed to teach that old hume that my adventuring days are far from over, that there is so much more to see and do in this great world that is Vana'diel. Now I can't wait till I'm more more powerful and can use that sexy adaman armor that is on display on my mannequin.... gotta get back to polish it some more....

Beadeaux key hunt

One I love about the MoogleArmy is their willingness to always help a fellow member whenever they can. Such is the case when Bhaal Monk, and PaladinXzile needed to find coffer keys in Beadeaux a lot of them helped out. There was a slight problem that place has the afflictor that curses anyone in the vicinity of it plus the quadavs guard those keys pretty well, a problem when three members needed those. People getting cursed, quadavs teaming up on us messed with the whole alliance knocking down a couple of people. After a while we didn't got a single key and some had to go we call it quits for the day. Sorry for the ones we intended to help, hope they get the keys soon. All was not in vain, I got to see Katsumoto in full artifact armor which I always wanted to see. All right little one.

Acid, birds and undead pirates

After doing my duty for Bastok, I've decided to keep doing missions from other nations. This time for the Aht Urhgan empire. I was to gather information about a ghost ship, all the information lead us to Nashmau where a qiqirn there told me that I had to get some jody' acid extracted from amerets. Adventurers from the Moogle army gathered together at the Wajaom woodlands and started killing those, when someone saw a lone strangely named bird. Notorious monster some said and we jumped to the opportunity to kill it, when we were almost to the points of winning the fight a mamool ja appeared claiming it was its pet and started to fight us. Luckily we had enough for the fight and won no problem. Preparing the bird to make a nice dish kabob we found inside a nice earring in its stomach, we rolled our dices but I wasn't lucky that time. After I got the acid, we went back to the qiqirn who made and aromatic essence out of it so we can lure the undead pirate with it. We then went to a nearby cemetery in Caedarva Mire and our aroma attracted Jarazaat. He wasn't much of a challenge for us either, after we beat him he started mumbling about betrayal from the emperor and taking revenge that I found very interesting, but for now I'll take a break from helping the Aht Urhgan nation and do other stuff.

Our duty as Bastokans

The time has come for me to do my duty and help the great republic of Bastok. But that is a task I can't do by myself, other Bastokans joined me on this. Bermont, Jedimasta, Castador, Bassetto and Ryshin from the Moogle army decided to join forces and help our nation. First we had to travel to Ro'Maeve ancient ruins where the gate to the home of the gods is and find a reinforced cerment for Cid, we had to take down two golems but we had Windurstians to help us on that. Next some one got attacked on Palborough mines while looking for the elder galkaWerei and we had to go there next to sort things out. Turns out there was four quadavs wreaking havok. We took care of that no problem.Reports of the Werei's journey of rebirth lead us to Kuftal tunnel where we fought three ghosts there. Next we had to find a galka mural and learn more of the talekeeper and galkan heritage in Quicksand Caves. We fought a lot of antican there including a notorious monster but no good treasure were found at the time. Darknight Zeid was there and explained us about the talekeeper.Continuing with our missions the senator Alois wanted us to get him a miraclesalt in Gustav tunnel. Now this was an interesting fight, we need more people here because we were going to kill some slime but there is a catch, each time you kill it it divides in two. One Gigaplasm turns into two macroplasm, those turns into two microplasms which turns into two nanoplasms. A lot of sleep magic was used and a couple of people got knockdown in the process of getting the salt. Was a fun fight and in the end we emerged victorious.
Last were the reports of Zeid attacking people on the north lands and we were sent to investigate the matter. We got all the way to the castle Zvahl's throne room were Zeid awaits us. Another interesting fight where we were joined by captain Volker to help us midfight.
This was when Zeid used his shadows of rage and knockdown Jedimasta, but we did a pretty good job with the fight and we won.
Congratulation fellow Bastokans Bermont, Castador, Bassetto, Jedimasta on getting the highest rank for all your hard work and dedication to your nation. We were paid a good amount of gil and we got a Bastok flag which I will put on display on my moghouse. Thanks to all that helped on this run, Jeangallo, Spirituss, Vitrolant, you help us a lot on those cursed slimes.

Charming Trio Vengeance

Katsumoto was bored the other day and I just had the perfect remedy for it...Charming Trio round 2. Those mannequin parts on my moogle locker been collecting dust for a while and I wanted to get revenge from last time. This time my friend Roccoj joined the fun. Its a pretty fun fight... 3 leeches hitting you, leeching the life and magic out of you, its what they do. Only knockdown was Katsumoto, the leeches didn't like him for been a Bluemage and hitting them hard. We manage to win the fight and I got the last piece of my mannequin at last.I gathered all my parts and gave them to Fyi Chalmwoh in Mhaura. After a day of waiting she gave me a mannequin of a Galka and a pretty good likeness of it too, looks so real. Now it stands in my moghouse with my adaman set which I stare a lot when I get back from adventuring wishing I could use it right now. The time will come but for now I'm content with just looking at it on my mannequin. Now to get a tarutaru mannequin.....

Helping the taru, too

Little tarutaru Jetsam from the Moogle army needed some assistance killing a notorious monster in Gustav tunnel so could learn a new attack, Evisceration. Jeangallo, Bassetto, Jedimasta, Aricelia, Jetsam and I head out to kill this beast in the deep in the tunnel. Turns out it was a bat with quite the evasion skills. The fight looks like it will go smoothly but there was undead in the vicinity and some were bleeding from the fight, we were fairly close to those and one decided to cast Thunder IV on us. People start dropping like flies, but eventually other members from the linkshell and some adventurer that was around helped us.With the extra help we kick the bat fairly easy. Congratulations Jetsam on your new attack!

Battle inside the crystal

Whitemage Bermont needed assistance completing a quest for an artifact armor for his Summoner job and a defender was need to help him on that. Guess no one was available and he decided to thrust this Galka Paladin on such a task. The task seemed simple enough... get to the wind protocrystal in Cape Teriggan and fight inside it on some altered dimension. Getting there was a bit of a problem, Redmage Stmntrd was assisting me on getting to the crystal but some raptors decided to ruin the fun. One after the other each taking a turn attacking us without mercy, we had to go back and regroup. We went back in and raptors and manticores messed with us... knockdowns and raises later we got to the crystal. Inside a huge manticore Ogmios was waiting for us, fun fight Stmntrd and Bermont did a great job of keeping me alive for such a long time been that I was the only one hitting it. Congratulations to Bermont on finishing this quest, now he is a paragon of Summoner excellence.

Shooting gallery

Preparing before hand to be a better Thief when I decide to go back to that fun job I went to the so wonderful Valkurm dunes for a marksmanship practice against anything that moved over there. Was doing ok but the downtime has slowing me down. Jeangallo was available and wanted to practice her archery skills and decided to help me which was great because of her Redmage job. We had a fun time shooting arrows and bolt to the poor goblin's eyes. Thanks Jeangallo for the help.

The sky is the limit!

I've been practicing my marksmanship for my Thief job lately cause it was lacking, and I get a call to arms to help fight the Zilart. Redmage Jeangallo coordinated the efforts of this long quest to seal the portal of the gods. We needed to do a headstone pilgrimage gathering all the elements and fighting tough monsters along the way. Do a 3 day run on Ifit's Cauldron... try to get the other elements some other day...help a tarutaru Warrior gets a piece of his Artifact armor. In the end we gather all and went to Quicksand caves for a fight against 3 Anticans. Pretty good party set up: Jeangallo Redmage, Arcaus Blackmage, Itachikun Ninja, Roccoj Whitemage, Stmntrd Thief and me Paladin. Arcaus forgot one fragment and had to go back.. while we fought with 5 members. All was going well till the ranger antican did Eagle Eye Shot on me didn't get a heal on time and I fell... Itachikun fell... but Thief did a sharkbite and we won. We fought again and we did pretty good too this time only Jeangallo tasted the cold floor.
Next stop was the top of Delkfutt's Tower where Kam'lanaut Archduke of Jeuno awaited us with his crystal warriors. Itachikun left in favor of Worutaa Redmage who needed to complete this part. This fight was pretty intense because of his abilities dispelga, slowga and hate reset but we did manage to beat him up, only one on the floor was Jeangallo again.
We went back to Quicksand to fight a magical pot to get access to Tu'lia where the gods are said to be. Our party did a great job on this keeping me alive again and none tasted sand this time. We got our Cerulean crystal and went to Ro'Maeve to open the gate to Tu'lia.Congratulations Roccoj, Arcaus and Worutaa for reaching the great crag in the sky home of the gods and hiding place of Eld'narche. Thanks for all the adventurers that help on this mission Jeangallo, Itachikun, Stmntrd plus all Moogle Army that help on the headstone pilgrimage. Looking forward to do more quest and missions with all of you.

Friend from the far east

Meet Vinja-Kanja my new friend from the far east. He was directed by a magical mirror to Jeuno were we met. Together we saved a little kid in the Eldime Necropolis. Afterwards the wacky mirror directed us Ghelsba Outpost. I went there and found that Vinja's mirror power was been drained by a dragon there.
I engage and midfight Vinja came to help me out. We kick its ass but the mirror was lost forever. From that point on we became friends. I can't wait to see how far our bond gets us and spend a lot of time developing his abilities... now I have company when I'm killing Jellys in Korroloka tunnel.

Royal Jelly

My friend Jedimasta the Warrior was in dire need of an Utsusemi Ni shadow scroll and we heard that a fight in Waughroon Shrine in Palborough Mines was a great place to get it. I've heard mannequins hands could be found there too so for the sake of my future mannequin, adventuring and helping a friend I joined the quest. Katsumoto, Redmage at that time joined us too, as you can see my picture he radiates with magic and power...such a powerful Tarutaru.
We went to the shrine and we had to fought 8 Princess jellys there, the thing is those want to join into a queen jelly and kick us around. But Katsumoto did a superb job of keeping half of those at bay while we kill the other ones. We did it two times and no scroll nor hands for me and little Katsumoto had to go too. We then ask for help and Spirituss answer the call, with her we did three more runs and on mine I found the Utsusemi Ni scroll on my run. I've decided Jedimasta needed it more than I do at the time and all this was because he wanted to find it and use it so I gave it away. Congratulations Jedimasta! I got some pretty cool stuff also, Scroll of Erase that I'll use with my Whitemage in the future, Himmel staff and Buzzard stuck that I gave to my friend Krile, Marksman ring for Hiroishi, and a mana ring. Was a fun run, thank you Katsumoto and Spirituss for helping out.

Bees and goblets

I'm still on static vacation but helping and doing a ton of stuff. Redmage Jeangallo needed some suplies while she was in a party at Valkrum Dunes and I was available to help. After the party was done Jeangallo suggested we should look for a notorious monster in the Temple of Uggalepih and get a dagger there. Blackmages Arcaus and Mercades joined us and we head out to the temple. We found the spot and fought Dead from Above as they call the notorious bee monster there. Wasn't that hard and I got my dagger the Hornetneedle. Next we look for another notorious monster for a cool shield I can use. Sacrificial goblet showed up and start to smack this Galka around.
It seem like we were going to win for sure until the goblet decided to cast Stone IV on me and knock me down. Jeangallo, Arcaus and Mercades put up a good fight without me... but in the end all were tasting dirt. Whitemage Peckpeck and Thief Cyaan were the rescue squad helping clear the way so we could escape and just in time too because the monsters were coming back for more. Thanks to Jeangallo, Arcaus and Mercades for trying and Cyaan and Peckpeck for helping us escape.

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year to all my friends, hope this year brings you happyness and all your plans come true!

Charming Trio

I'm collection mannequin part for a quest and I only need my mannequin hands to finish it. But buying the parts is expensive so I've decided to try a burning circle fight. Katsumoto and Ryshin from Moogle Army joined the fight. The plan was to kill three leeches to find a chest with my mannequin part, Katsumoto tried to sleep them but they resisted so he had two beating him up while we whack at one... it didn't work out. We tried again, this time each took a leech and I managed to kill mine when I went to help the others I saw Ryshin knocked out and Katsumoto struggling while two leeches beat him up. Katsumoto goes down, I have to leeches beating me up sucking the life out of me....another leech down, now only one more to go....out of Hi-potions...10% to go come on...leech drains my life away...I'm knocked out. I'll try someday again soon, I'm sure next time we will win. Special thanks for Katsumoto and Ryshin for offering to help me on this.
