The interview

When I was in Jeuno shopping for supplies I met Omael. He is interviewing some members of the MoogleArmy and he told me I was next. So we met at the Neptune's Spire inn in Lower Jeuno to have some rolanberry pie and coffe during the interview. You can go here to read it, hope you enjoy it.

A night of friendly competition

Vampslayer the Mithra Summoner had the great idea of having a brenner match, for fun and to keep ourselves sharp. A lot of members showed up to the match because probably they want to kick each others butt for fun.Turns out they kick mine over and over again. Two, three and postens joined to kick my butt every time.
I even had to take a break and sit in a corner because I was getting very mad, annoyed by the whooping I was getting every time without the chance to get even. But after cooling off I had a great time afterwards.
When the brenner match ended we wanted to keep sparring and we did a ballista which is the same thing but without the annoying postens. I had a great time fighting some of the members and chasing some around the area because they liked to run a lot. Hope we do this again soon.

Oh Jeangallo you radmaje!

There is a Redmage of the MoogleArmy LS named Jeangallo. This particular Elvaan female is very funny and I consider her a friend. You may have read me mention her before if you been reading my stories. There is never a dull moment when she offers herself to help or when she plans a crazy event. I can say you can classify those moments as amusing moments or annoying ones. Some of you (my friend Roninhiroishi) may think those moments are annoying but for me they are amusing. Jean was training as a Dark Knight lately to learn some abilities that could be useful for her Redmage job. She use those abilities all the time now and its great but that set in motion one amazing event. Some members of the MoogleArmy were doing the mission Shield of Diplomacy for the Aht Urgan empire and wanted me to help them. I needed the fight but didn't had much time at the moment, but they managed to convinced me to do it.

And the Mission began when we gathered at the Aht Urgan Whitegate. The party: Jeangallo, Larien, Quickswipe, Aricelia, Xenojin and me. The orders: to help Karababa fight the monster Khimaira-13. The place: Navukgo Execution Chamber in Mount Zhayolm. The plan: make someone (Quickswipe) get knocked down making Karababa attack it and the monster has all its attention on her allowing us to heal Karababa and not get aggro winning the fight easily. The result: failure. Jeangallo been Jeangallo got the crazy idea to do a Stun to the monster messing with the whole strategy. That was the first time a Jeangallo moment became an annoying one to me because I said I didn't had much time to try again. Suffice is to say I was very mad at the moment but after a while it became pretty funny when I remembered it again, it was like "Die Khimaira" and the Stun, so I am not mad anymore. As for the party, they were going to try again but I don't know how it went for them because I closed my eyes and fell asleep on the spot.

The magic of moving pictures

After the incredible and scary alchemy accident I was ordered some rest. Still stranded in Aht Urgan without the possibility to return to the mainland, to Jeuno or to my nation of Windurst, there wasn't much to do. I walked all around the area and saw something that got my attention, the crazy people of Aht Urgan with their experimental mindset came up with a way to capture movement and display it for the peoples enjoyment. It didn't took too long to come up with plays to capture and then show off in the new A.U. moving picture theater. In my free time I've seen such hits as.

Naja's 13, about some mercenaries planing to steal from the treasury of someone who betrayed a mercenary friend.
Changeformers, about and ongoing battle between cardians and puppets, pretty bizarre because they could change forms into ordinary things to remain hidden from normal people.
Raronroie, about a Qiqirn that wanted to become a cook because he heard from someone that everyone can cook.
Shantoto and the order of the chocobo, about a Black Mage going to a magic school and getting harassed by and evil overlord that wants to take over the world.
Sickos, about how bad the health care is at Bastok and how much great is in other nations like Windurst.

I got to say I enjoyed them very much, but I better get back to work or else Naja Salajeem my mercenary boss will hit me with her huge mace.

A small vacation

I been a getting a lot of headaches and been very stressful lately with all the missions and people taking our camps by force when I try to get more merit points. Roninhiroishi suggested that I should visit Monberaux the Elvaan doctor in Upper Jeuno. He told me I was taking to many hits in the head and that I should take a vacation, no party, no Linkshell alone to clear my head. I had no say in the matter and was force to do it, I got to Windurst and took some books to entertain myself on the ferry to Purgonorgo Isle. Such a nice quite place with uragnites, slimes and mandragoras that begged for me to hit them with the blunt side of my blade. I miss my Linkshell, my friends and just playing adventuring, I just hope to return to civilization soon.

Monk party fun

Last night I decided to get back to my Monk job and joined and interesting party. The party leader was a Galka Monk and we had a Ninja to protect us. But when the Ninja had to go and since we had outside help from a bored adventurer the leader invited another Monk to the party. And we went to town....Three Galka Monks beating stuff up with Bard support and no restrictions was super fun. I can't wait to get more stronger with this job.

The sleeping paladin

Just a quick update, I haven't done much in the past couple of days. Done a couple of assaults, help my friends and work a lot. Been working a lot on the mines in Bastok and that has drained me this week making me very sleepy. Falling asleep when I'm adventuring or helping my Linkshell. Last night helped on Royal Jelly fight we got two scrolls of Utsusemi: Ni, Jedimasta gave me one as repayment for the one that I gave him so long ago, that was awesome of him to do and Wilson a Samurai in training needed help killing some demons for his last artifact piece, I offered to help out but when I got Palborough Mines I was very tired a fell asleep on the spot. I'm so sorry that I didn't got to help Wilson on the fight, but I heard Bassetto, Jeangallo and Arcaus helped him and won the fight. Congratulations Wilson and forgive the sleepy Paladin.

Panty raid

Last night we went to Sacrarium for some Promathia mission, but we were a couple people short for it so we started the hunt for subligars (aka panties) from fomors. Was a ton of fun, but I didn't got the change to find my paladin nor my thief subligar, hope I can find mine next time we get there. We fought the swift belt notorious monster but it didn't had it, sorry Jeangallo... at least you got to show off your panties.

Greed kills

called me to help Today I was adventuring as a Paladin and after getting my well earned experience RoninhiroishiSachiel looking for a coffer key at Beadeaux. I switched to my Thief job and went there, been a Thief I look for coffers and treasure chest as soon as I get to places. I found the chest opened and got gil which was good, but then I saw in the distance a quadav Ga'Bhu Unvanquished. I engaged, but soon realized I brought the wrong bolts for my crossbow and things got hairy real fast. I used my reraise earring because I realized the inevitable was coming. Still groggy after getting up I found Sachiel, Roninhiroishi and Algol another Samurai already on the search for the key. I didn't learned anything from the last encounter and started searching for the coffer because everytime I go there I found it but never get to open. I found it and opened it but got attacked by three quadavs and a Firaga III knocked me down. Sachiel was going to raise me but got knocked down bringing the search party to an end. I feel so bad for messing up the run, I'll help them again when they decide to go back again.

A Krile moment!

Today some friends decided to visit me to my humble house in Bastok and because I had to do the host thing I couldn't do some adventuring or help my linkshell. Still I heard something at the Bastok tavern, that was very interesting and funny. Roninhiroishi was talking to me the other day about how he wanted to kill a notorious dragon Guivre that roams Kuftal tunnel for it skull, because it can be crafted into some helm that he needed. I told him that it was a great idea and that he had my full support and to count on me to help him on that. Turns out the day was today for that, because Guivre was sighted in the area. The bartender told me that almost two parties from the Moogle Army were there with Hiroishi including Krile. They fought the dragon and put up a good fight but all got knocked down at nearly 20%. They tried a second time and this time they were doing a lot better but someone got aggroed by another monster while they were fighting. Krile thought it was a good idea to call for help on the other monster but he didn't knew that by doing that will nullify the skull drop on the dragon. I was sad when I heard of this, Hiroishi must have been very angry and disappointed, Krile had the best intentions but should know that calling for help would do that by now.

Fun at Qufim

This days I haven't put my name on the adventures board looking for adventures because of all the promyvions. The other day I heard someone on the Merry Minstrel talk about a lot of adventurers gathering at the Behemot's dominion near Qufim island. I thought that was worth checking out and decided to go. When I was halfway there I saw a lot of adventurers with scratches on their armor and bruised, limping their way back to town. I concluded that their business in the dominion was over and I was a little disappointed that I miss seen what they were doing there. I took my frustration on the crabs on the island, bashing their shells with my club, the cracking noise was music to my ears. Even Vinja-Kanja joined me with the crab genocide and grew stronger in the process.

Darkwind

Just thought this was a really fun picture, Darkwarrior and me fused into one being: Darkwind. All the strenght of the Darkknight and the defense of a Paladin. This Galka can only dream...

New armor

Our promyvion run went on a hiatus for now, blame it on our adventurers schedules. I can't wait to to help on Promyvion Holla, I've heard they tried one day but everyone got slept even the Summoner avatars and lost the fight. That's too bad, but I'm sure they will defeat it next time. For now I've been adventuring a lot, doing assaults at Ilrusi Atoll looking for treasure and getting stronger.
Which brings me to this nice picture. Yes... that's not my mannequin that's yours truly. I can finally stop polishing my adaman armor at home and wear it. I gotta say it really looks good on me. Now I'm really close to hitting my limit and go back to my other job Thief.

Moogle Army Holiday Party!

Last night the great Redmage Jeangallo hosted a holiday party at the Kokba hostel in Ah Urgan. The party was a blast we had a lot of fireworks to use, food drinks and costumes but the best thing was that bunch of the members showed up to the party. People been silly, using fireworks and just having a great time makes Moogle Army the greatest Linkshell. You can see the kids gathering around Santa Cold telling him the things they want for the holidays. Reminds me off when I was a little Galka after my reincarnation. Happy Holidays everyone!

Ho Ho Ho Santa Galka is here!

After all that adventuring and the Sukesada hunt I decided to join the festivities going on at my home nation Bastok. There I joined Sachiel, Nephelim and a few guys from our linkshellJedimasta, Abdirazak and Ryshin was around too. I got my holiday hat and started giving presents to the little kids and hanging around the fountain admiring the decorations when I hear all this people cheering near the town entrance. A huge treant in the city going to destroy our decorations... not if we can do something about it. Apparently the only way to stop it is cheering it a lot, so a lot of people there were like whooho, all right, yay tree. We managed to stop it, I talk to one of the persons in charge of the activities and for helping out I got a cool holiday robe. Santa Galka is born to bring joy to all this holidays! Have you been naughty or nice this year? I had a lot of fun and was nice to get a change of pace, especially if you have been knocked out a lot during your adventuring as of late.
